About Their Business: Black Women Entrepreneurs
As the Obama administration continues to create jobs and rebuild our economy, more and more African American women are going into business for themselves. According to the US Census Bureau’s Small Business Survey, businesses owned by African American women increased by 67% between 2002-2007; the biggest increase amongst all business owners.
