6. Have a 5-minute celebration party in which you write down your accomplishments and rejoice in your progress and achievements.

7. Make a wish list of professionals and companies that you desire to interact with this year and include an explanation beside each one.

8. Write a letter to yourself describing what your life will be like in 5 years. Be sure to include your thoughts on that futuristic reality.

9. Write whatever is on your heart. It’s all about you!

10. Develop a professional mission statement for yourself and then hold yourself accountable.

Be sure to go back and re-read your thoughts. Self-reflection is an important aspect in personal and professional growth!
