If all reviews are conducted in spring and it’s only December wait a month or two before you request a review.

If reviews are to be conducted in your hiring month and that time has passed, send your boss an email reminding them that you are due for a review. Before you meet, make sure you review professional accomplishments over the last year and their effect on the company so your boss can clearly see why you deserve that raise.
