Latino Business Resource Center Welcomes New Director
For centuries, many Latinos have migrated to America with dreams of making their way in the land of opportunity. While entrepreneurship has become a reality for many Latinos, it remains an elusive dream for others.
Carolina Martinez hopes to make this dream more accessible as she steps into her new role as Director at Kutztown University’s Latino Business Resource Center. Martinez will oversee the center’s online and in-class seminars, consultations, and eight-week courses to help build Latino businesses. She also hopes to bring a postgraduate seminar to the center where participants who have gone on to open businesses can come back and share their experiences as business owners with each other and students still enrolled in the program.
