Bank of America Named Best Company For Working Moms

For the second year in a row, Bank of America was named the best company for working mothers by Working Mother. Deloitte held on to its number two ranking for the second consecutive year, while Ernst & Young jumped up one position to round out the top three.

The 2012 Working Mother 100 Best Companies listing recognizes companies that value the immense power of healthy working moms, offer flexibility and nurture leadership potential and find innovative ways to promote wellness.

The rankings are based on survey results which include more than 500 questions on workforce representation, child care, flexibility programs, leave policies and more. It also surveys the availability, usage and tracking of programs, as well as the accountability of managers who oversee them.

Bank of America ranks as best for their worldwide women’s conference and formal mentoring programs, and moms can also take advantage of their 10 child care centers as well as their brand new pilot back up care program.
